The contentment of our customers is most upper order for us. Therefore is valid with products, that you bought with us, without statement of reasons within 14 days can return. B-Ware are products impossible.

The general manufacturer-guarantee of 2 years is valid after course of the return-period. Where they can turn to the telephonic Hotline or enamel with questions anytime.


In the guarantee-case, we take care that you are picked up packed wheel with your wish-address. As well as the collection, also as the return-transportation is free within Germany. We ask for understanding that this service is possible only for wheels, that were bought with us. In order to guarantee a smooth course, a previous date-agreement is necessary.

With smaller repair-works or the exchange of spare parts, we offer you free of charge ourselves spare parts at this to you sends so that they can be installed by you.


You/they can rob also her/its/their E-Bike for the purpose of damage-estimate in order to let done there a costs estimate regarding the expected repair-costs into a Fahrradfachwerkstatt. They must give us this costs estimate per e-mail / mail. After examination of the costs, we release the repair-order and bear the costs.


After course of the guarantee-time they can let executed spare parts and repairs with us anytime. The buyer carries the costs for the shipping and spare parts and repairs.
